British Long Distance Postal Swim 20th February 2011

This is an event that is held throughout the UK during January and February each year. The aim is to swim as far as you can in one hour, this does not have to be non-stop and you can rest whenever you need to.
Please see the tables for the appropriate session times. Please ensure you are at the pool by 8.00am or 9.00am for the 8.15am and 9.15am sessions respectively so that the swimming starts on time.
